You might know me as “Sarah the Spiritual Guide” but I’ve lived many lives in this reincarnation. Before stepping up to my position as a spiritual guide, I was holding the same position but in the fitness industry. I have a personal training certificate with a rich background in fitness and nutrition. I started training for myself in 2012, starting with running, where I prepared for a half-marathon and a year later a full marathon. I continued on to bodybuilding, powerlifting, olympic lifting, and finally CrossFit. Over the course of my fitness journey, I got my personal training certificate and sports nutritionist certificate, to be able to better understand my own body as I trained. This built into something bigger, as it always does when we follow our heart, and it led me to become one of the best trainers at my local commercial gym, known for creating workouts and challenges that helped people create a lifestyle all the while healing on the inside, creating absolutely amazing results for clients. Shortly after, I went on to open my own gym, building then into three gyms with a big team of trainers to cater to the clients we had. My job then shifted from personal trainer to leader; I would spend my time building programs and structures for the personal trainers in the team to better help clients, coaching them on workouts, nutrition, and motivation.
